The company was formed by Mr. Satish Sharma, a registered Professional Engineer in
Virginia. He obtained a BS from IIT Kharagpur, India and an MS from Mississippi State
University in 1972. He worked for eight years in the private industry and served for three
years in the US Army. He retired in 2004 after 25 years of service with the Department of
the Army where he managed the Army Utilities and Energy Program. Architectural and Design
