Thanks for stopping by! My name is Allen, and I am the founder of Sharma Coaching & Consulting. You can think of me as your Authenticity Coach. Resume Reviewer. Dignity Defender. Advocate + Advisor. I founded Sharma to help the dreamers, the outcasts, the rowdy ones, and everyone in between. To me, these are simply substitute words for "special". I'm really good at two things - helping you get unstuck and helping you bring your true and authentic self to your career with purpose, meaning, and passion. The goal of my work is to elevate the art of living through belonging and compassionate coaching. 

 

My career path has given me the opportunity to serve as a Senior People Leader for Apple, as well as AT&T, American Express, and Bank of America.  Through all of these amazing experiences, I knew I had a higher calling. Coaching has always been the core of my work, and I knew it was time to make my side hustle my main hustle. Add to that my desire to live with authenticity and purpose, my husband and I took a leap of faith, sold everything we owned, and moved to Costa Rica. When I'm not pursuing my passion of surfing, or playing in waterfalls, I'm helping others make big moves in both their professional and personal lives.
