The $150 cost for a resume edit is based on changes to your existing resume. Unfortunately we do not create resumes from scratch. The $150 cost assumes that the resume can be edited in a standard amount of time. Complex resumes, or those over 3 pages may be subject to a price re-quote. Should you have any questions, please email a copy of your resume prior to purchase and we will provide a final quote. 
 
The resume edit service includes 1 Discovery Call and 1 Follow Up Call. After purchase, please schedule your Discovery Call so that we can better understand your needs. We will work to correct any obvious red flags, grammar, and punctuation. We will use our recruiting experience to ensure that your resume speaks to your experience. Please note that we will not embellish to make your experience look better on your resume. This goes against our prinicples of authenticity. 
 
Upon completion of your resume, you will be provided with a final copy in Word or Pages (your choice), which you will be able to edit for specific jobs that you apply to. A resume edit typically takes 2 weeks to complete. If we can do it faster, we will, but we want to make sure you have the best resume possible. We would rather take the time needed rather than rush and give you a badly done resume.
 
Upon completion, we will ask that you proofread and finalize your final copy. Any edits should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the final copy.
 
Sharma Coaching & Consulting cannot guarantee that you will be hired for a new job based on your revised resume. There are many components to hiring, including your interviewing skills, timing of the company, experience, applicant competitiveness, location, and more. There is no (one) right way to build a resume and you are not under any formal obligation to use what we created for you. We truly hope that everyone finds their dream job, but its not something we can promise. We just want to keep it honest!
